La Sobrada
Albarino
All kinds of bitchin’, this wine says, “Hey sexy, desire me, kneel before me.” It’s a dominatrix of wines that’s also well-spoken and elegant. You can take her home to meet the parents, but just don’t leave her alone with them, she’ll seduce your dad (or mom).

Pairs well with being respectful of the planet, befriending woodland creatures, and taking the long view.

This natural wine is as exceptional as the care made in preparing it for you. Pairs amazingly with graciously being the center of attention, most retro furniture, and not having to explain yourself.

Marselan
Made in heaven, this special grape is a hybrid of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, a sort of mutant who became a superhero. Pairs with polyamory, using your superpowers only for good, and sharing with friends with benefits of any sort.
Besos y Lágrimas
Grenache
Taking old vine, barrel-aged grapes with lots of character, the vintner paired them with young ones to make something smooth and silky. Pairs well with spontaneous gifts of books and roses, light recycling, and treating your neighbor like you want to be treated.
A Flor de Piel
Macabeo & Chardonnay
This wine is a blend of freshness and delicacy from the Macabeo grape, and body and passion from the Chardonnay. There are distinct floral notes, especially when you remember to pick up a bouquet on the way home for your partner. Pairs well with soulmates, silly arguments, and chiffon.
Inspired by gastro-psychology, all these wines are designed to achieve certain effects on the palate and in the mind. Mostly the effect is happiness and joy, although other side effects have been known to happen, like classiness, not giving a shit about petty drama, and generally dressing better.
WINES FROM WONDERLAND
M!lo, The Ambassador of Wonderland, does cognitive science in that he is always trying to understand what the hell is going on. So all the wines have to do with the mind – ish.
M!LO’S ID
Intuition, passion, lust, & uncontrolled giggling, this is the deep self. Our blend of Grenache and Trepat, stoneware amphora aged, has both a serious complexity and whimsical playfulness. Unfiltered and natural, it’s almost a blush. The range of personality means you can go glamorous with it or take it home to the parents. It pairs well with first dates, long talks with friends, and sincere & innocent flirting.

Awareness, vision, self-reflection, a synthesis of past and future, here and beyond, this is the awakening self. This blend of Malvasia, White Grenache and Carignan has been meditating in its lees (the flotsam and jetsam of its past life as a grape) for a few months and is now energized and ready to take on the world. Its presence and vibrancy reveal its clarity of purpose. A fabulous wine which pairs well with good views, hope, and like-minded souls who want to live and love to the fullest.
NATURAL WINE
M!LO’S SUPEREGO
Ambition, dreams of the future, effortlessly curated glam, with a hero’s cape or a Carnival mask, this is the ideal self. Its favorite color is sparkly. This cava has been patiently aging for two years in the bottle, growing finer, more elegant, and smoother by the day. Only when it is truly ready does it emerge from it’s cave into the soft and telling light of dusk. It might be a tad judgy, but it means well. It calls us to a higher form of connection, pairing well with Cinderellas, the journey of butterflies, and the sparkle in a lover’s eye.
M!LO’S IQ
The grapes in this bottle left home early to find their fame and fortune. Syrah, with a few Viogner friends, set out to do their own thing with minimal interruption. The result is a pure wine with a deep intelligence and totally in love with the color purple and all it represents. This wine is for the quietly bold, the inanely intelligent, and the calmly crazy. Pairs exclusively with silence, deep conversations, absurd questions, a-ha moments, and whimsy.

M!LO’S ALTEREGO
Self expression, identity adventure, and boundless joy, this is all the other yous. In the making of this rosé, the vintner’s gaze never wandered as this wine doesn’t need to beg for your attention. Pairs well with trying a new look, ignoring gender boundaries, and believing two mutually exclusive ideas at the same time.
LA CAPERUCITA ROJA
An innocent red that should not be taken for a push over. This mingling of Grenache and Syrah was developed in the wood, French oak to be precise, then matured in cement tanks, so as not to be too wild and wooly. Pairs well with treating women with dignity and respect and letting them walk through anywhere, dressed anyhow, safely. Also pairs fabulously with the stride of pride.

A white wine with several very dedicated followers. A blend of White Grenache & Muscat, its color is as pale as a spring dawn. Its aromas are as inviting as dining under the stars. And its taste is as delicious as exotic fresh fruit. Pairs exceptionally with entertaining 7 or more people, faking your own death for some downtime, and living happily ever after.

LA BELLA Y LA BESTIA
A rose wine with a surprising zing. Tempranillo, Trepat, and Grenache got together to make this enchanting concoction. Despite its bold color, its taste is surprisingly refined, like delicate strawberries from a wild forest. It seeks out and pairs well with the unexpected, new love from old friends, and whatever your favorite season is.
